1.LET IT BE KNOWN as uncontested fact that The Claimant has been and continues to be the subject of a deliberate, brutal and ongoing Criminal Conspiracy by The Accused and their associates, planned and committed with malice aforethought and without justification, to destroy all Claimant’s health, employability, professional standing, religious vocation, public reputation, free speech and free thought, to rob and his children from his life, civil rights, health, research calling, research education and public work;

2.LET IT FURTHER BE KNOWN that as a result of this Criminal Conspiracy, The Claimant's has suffered and is still suffering all of these losses and wrongs inflicted on them by The Accused, and consequently has endured and is enduring profound personal, financial and professional damages for which The Accused are responsible and liable as co-conspirators in this crime, and that The Claimant's considers and accuses The Accused to be so liable;
3.LET IT FURTHER BE KNOWN that the purpose of this Criminal Conspiracy by The Accused was and continues to be to aid and abet the Crime of Mindcontroling and poisioning by Church, State and Business and to conceal their own and others’ malfeasance and complicity in these and other acts: a) the silencing and killing of witnesses to these crimes, b) the obstruction of justice, c) the neglecting of evidence pertaining to their suffering and death, and d) the marginalizing and destroying of the lives and the livelihoods of The Claimant's and his associates, and of their efforts to bring the truth of these crimes to public light and litigation;

The Accused must issue to The Claimant an unconditional public apology and admission of guilt for their actions in relation to the Claimant's and for any damages and suffering caused by them against The Claimant's and the rest of the world .Such an apology will constitute acceptance of legal responsibility by The Accused
5.3. The Accused, must help restore The Claimant's environment to Health , offer all health benefits and privileges, starting with immediately stop building 4 & 5G towers and stop to make use / or sent 4 & 5G signal starting from March 30 2020
5.4. The Accused must agree to financially compensate The Claimant's for all lost and denied income and financial losses arising from either their personal actions or their association with the said Conspiracy. These reparations will include for a total no less than $100.000, for general lost of health, income and benefits for every one undersigned citizin's signatory for personal suffering and damages caused to the Claimant by The Accused.
6.
